Food Campaign Update - September 2015

Our new food campaign will aim to encourage people to become flexitarian - that is they can still eat meat but less of it. For the meat they continue eating we'd like to see them choose meat with a lower environmental impact.

To help with future stunts we have a cow costume on its way to us.

John has already met with People and Planet from the University of Sheffield who are happy to support the campaign. We are thinking about setting up a Facebook page where people can upload their low carbon recipies.

If you fancy getting involved then the next food sub group meeting will take place on the 30th September at 6.30 pm in the Red Deer pub (off West Street).
